Whitebridge High School Block A Food Tech Room Upgrade

Snapshot:

•      Project – Whitebridge High School’s Block A Food Tech room upgrade

•      Timeline – Oct to Dec 2022 (completed in less than 12 week timeframe)

•      Budget – $420k

Whitebridge High School’s Block A Food Tech Room needed a significant upgrade to support the needs of the early commencement Hospitality VET Course. UpBuild Constructions upgraded the technology, infrastructure and design of the space to create a state-of-the-art semi-commercial kitchen with a fully functioning café, food service space and dedicated wash zone. Despite multiple client changes to the scope and various external set-backs throughout the build, Upbuild demonstrated unwavering clarity of communication, willingness to collaborate and a flexible approach, delivering the project well within the expected timeframe, to a level of quality that far surpassed the expectations of the client. The project has set a new precedent for this type of higher education requirement and will be used as a benchmark for future Department of Education projects of this nature across the state.

So happy with the ease and flexibility of dealing with Upbuild throughout the whole process, I have no problem with recommending them to others due to the ease of which it is to work with them. There’s only two contractors I’m happy to have work on this school and Dan’s team at Upbuild is one of them.
