WARNERVALE REBUILD
When we had finally decided to commit to a massive renovation to our home we had no idea how hard it would be to find a reliable builder. Someone we could trust and work well with.
We had received quotes from over 6 other builders at least, before finally meeting Daniel Uptin from UpBuild Constructions.
From the first consultation right through to day one of 'knockdown', Dan was exceptional in communicating with us, explaining the process, spending hours going through the quote costs and what to expect. We were given a clear plan - literally a day by day build schedule plus a finish date.
As renovations go, there were adjustments, stress and setbacks throughout this time however, we had our dream home complete and keys handed over on the exact date as promised! To think it took only 4 months exactly, is simply astonishing!
Overall we are thrilled with the finished result. It is everything we hoped for and more. We believe the craftsmanship and finishes are of a very high standard and many of our family and friends have said the same. We still love coming home to this house everyday and have no regrets choosing Dan & his team to build our vision. Special mention to Dan Nicholls for his awesome attitude :)
