Owners Rach and Brett described how they fell in love with their Davistown property because of its local charm, history and design potential. Rach was very specific in her desired outcome and utilised Pinterest to help put forward her design ideas.

Upon pulling back the existing steel cladding we found underneath the charm that Rach knew was hiding. Rach’s design from there came to life.

Cedar windows were selectively placed for their position and versatility. The windows used were Casement, French and Double Hung.

The wrap around hardwood deck was shadowed by a bullnose pergola supported by lathed colonial posts selected by Rach herself.

A further touch of flair was added including a finial, collar tie and featured window surrounds inside and out to complement its unique design. A ‘round of applause’ to Rach for her creative design and bringing this cottage back to its original charm.

Dan and his team completed a renovation on our home with a superb outcome. Throughout the process I regularly changed my mind, nothing was a problem with the team, working to ensure the best result. Importantly, Dan and his team are extremely professional, delivered on budget, (no surprises) and on time. The result exceeded our expectations.
