WARNERVALE REBUILD
A knockdown and rebuild, gave this 1980’s style home a new lease on life with a stylish modern functional twist suited to the needs of the owners
The three precisely placed Velux sky lights gave the kitchen, dining and entertainment area an abundance of natural light that brought warmth to the Natural Oak Floors, Dual shaded open plan kitchen and white powder coated windows and doors.
Owners Lou and Shannon’s plan was to enable the Kitchen and Dining area to be the centre of the homes appeal, without comprising on the homes ability to flow through with open planned entertainment area, over looking the pool and backyard.
Lou’s detail on finishes and furnishings was nothing short of outstanding.
The design was what was in the detail in this build. The bedrooms and main bathroom flanked the northern side of the home with a hallway separating the main living areas. Ducted air conditioning and two perfectly chosen Barn doors, help this wisely designed home enable peaceful living, with a high level of sophistication in the chosen finishes, colours and level of timber and glass.
