Woy Woy South Public School & Kariong Public School: Roofing works
Woy Woy South and Kariong Public Schools were experiencing recurrent leaks due to old roofing which had reached end of life. UpBuild were engaged to replace the existing roofing to prevent any further leaking with the installation of new metal sheet roofing as per the AS/NCC/EFSG guidelines.
Toronto High School – Access Ramp Integration
Toronto High School had limited accessibility to its sports fields. The basketball courts and oval were split from the rest of the school by a graded embankment with fencing and stairs. This splitlevel arrangement posed a significant challenge as it did not provide equal access opportunities for people of all abilities.
Erina Heights Public School Admin Block Upgrade
UpBuild was engaged to extend and upgrade the existing building to improve functionality, inclusivity, accessibility, and practicality, to lift the space, modernise it, and make it more welcoming and aligned with the pride of the community.
Erina Heights Public School Playground Upgrade
UpBuild delivered a fun, safe and well-considered playground with colourful play equipment, a large shade cloth, sturdy fencing, vibrant synthetic grass, sandstone block seating, a dry creek bed garden and an array of fun and creative ways to use the outdoor space.
Whitebridge High School Block A Food Tech Room Upgrade
Whitebridge High School’s Block A Food Tech Room needed a significant upgrade to support the needs of the early commencement Hospitality VET Course. UpBuild Constructions upgraded the technology, infrastructure and design of the space to create a state-of-the-art semi-commercial kitchen with a fully functioning café, food service space and dedicated wash zone.

STELLA ENGINEERING - Stage 2
Managing Director Michael Woodcock of Stella Engineering, was so impressed with UpBuild Constructions elements of "Design and Detailed Construction" in expanding Stellas staff facilities, that he approached UpBuild Constructions to again “Design, Project Manage and Construct" their new Mezzanine facility.
MANNERING PARK PUBLIC SCHOOL
Being a Registered and Certified tenderer for etender for NSW Government School Education Department, UpBuild Constructions undertook the reburishment and renovation to Mannering Park Public School. This included the Construction of a new 200m2 segregated play area, including five new garden beds for the use of both students and staff.
RAYMOND TERRACE AMBULANCE STATION
As part of NSW Health’s Rural Ambulance Infrastructure Renewal program, Upbuild Constructions were engaged to refurbish, reconfigure, and revitalise the Raymond Terrace Ambulance Station, due to the station’s state of dilapidation.
DAVISTOWN COTTAGE - Stage 2
Following the success of Stage 1, owners Rach and Brett asked UpBuild Constructions to undertake Stage 2. This now completes bringing their cottage back to its original historic charm.
